How Payment Works

Step 1: Job Creation

When you create a delivery job, we'll provide you with a secure payment link. Your job is created immediately, regardless of when you pay.

Step 2: Payment Link

Click the payment link to access our secure Stripe payment page. You can pay immediately or save the link to pay later.

Step 3: Secure Processing

Your payment is processed securely through Stripe with bank-level encryption. We never store your payment information on our servers.

Step 4: Confirmation

Once payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email and your job will be marked as paid in your dashboard.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel a job before pickup, contact support immediately for assistance.
