Job Status Overview

Your delivery job will progress through several statuses from creation to completion. Understanding these statuses helps you know exactly what's happening with your delivery at any time.

Planned

Status: planned

Your job has been created and is waiting to be assigned to a driver

What this means:

  • Job details have been confirmed
  • Route optimization is in progress
  • Driver assignment is pending
  • Payment processing (if not paid)

Pending

Status: pending

Job is confirmed and driver assignment is in progress

What this means:

  • Driver is being assigned to your route
  • Pickup coordination is being scheduled
  • Estimated pickup time will be provided soon
  • You may receive driver contact information

Active

Status: active

Driver is currently en route to pickup location

What this means:

  • Driver is on the way to pickup location
  • Real-time tracking is available
  • ETA updates will be provided
  • Driver will contact pickup location upon arrival

In Transit

Status: currently driving

Driver has picked up your payload and is en route to delivery location

What this means:

  • Payload has been successfully picked up
  • Driver is en route to delivery location
  • Real-time tracking and ETA updates available
  • Delivery confirmation will be sent upon arrival

Completed

Status: completed

Delivery has been successfully completed

What this means:

  • Payload has been delivered successfully
  • Delivery confirmation has been sent
  • Job is closed in our system
  • Payment processing (if not already paid)

Cancelled

Status: cancelled

Job has been cancelled and will not be completed

What this means:

  • Job was cancelled by customer or system
  • No charges will be applied
  • Contact support if cancellation was unexpected
  • New job can be created if needed

Common Questions

How long does each status last?

Status duration varies by distance and complexity. Local deliveries may move through statuses quickly, while longer routes take more time. Most jobs complete within 24-48 hours.

What if my job gets stuck in one status?

If your job remains in one status for more than 2 hours, contact our support team. We'll investigate and provide updates on your delivery progress.

Can I cancel my job?

Jobs can be cancelled before driver assignment. Once a driver is assigned and en route, cancellation may incur fees. Contact support for cancellation requests.

How do I know when my driver will arrive?

You'll receive SMS updates with estimated arrival times, and can track your driver in real-time through the job details page once the job becomes active.
