Common Questions

When will I receive my invoice?

For pay-per-delivery customers, invoices are generated immediately after job creation. Enterprise customers receive monthly consolidated invoices.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes, every payment generates a receipt. You can download receipts from your dashboard or they're automatically emailed to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. Enterprise customers can also pay by ACH transfer or wire transfer.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe for all payment processing with bank-level encryption. Your payment data is never stored on our servers.
